• You independently manage our contract customers in the services area (smoke detectors, drinking water hygiene and measurement services) in day-to-day operations using our ERP and ticketing system — friendly, reliable and with a good understanding of their concerns. • You build and maintain long-term customer relationships — not out of obligation, but because you enjoy working with people. • You ensure internal processes run smoothly: coordinating workflows and collaborating with field service and our specialist departments on data management, billing and service inquiries, and appointment planning. • You actively contribute ideas to improve our processes and services, making them better, simpler, and more customer-friendly.
• Some experience in customer service or account management — ideally in the services sector. • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and genuine interest in the people you interact with. • You work independently and in a structured way, and remain calm under pressure. • Confident user of Office applications; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
