• Drive revenue growth across Europe and the United States • Convert qualified opportunities into customers • Manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle • Deliver value-driven product demos • Close strategic deals for the company’s quality management platform • Determine whether a lead is a good technical and commercial fit to advance in the pipeline • Define the appropriate sales strategy based on customer type • Decide on the commercial narrative and demo approach according to each customer’s use case • Establish the best commercial terms and closing paths for each opportunity • Prioritize accounts, outreach, and follow-up actions to maximize close rate and revenue impact • Manage the entire sales cycle: advanced prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing. • Conduct tailored product demonstrations focused on the company Kiuey´s key modules (PPAP, SCAR, CAPA, supplier collaboration workflows) • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders in the automotive supply chain • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasting within the CRM (Zoho) • Execute up-sell and cross-sell strategies when identifying additional customer needs • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoff and a positive onboarding experience • Closed-won deals that meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas. • Accurate CRM documentation and high-quality forecasting. • Strong pipeline volume and progression aligned with revenue targets. • High-quality, customized demos and commercial proposals. • Smooth handovers to Customer Success with clear account context.
• Technical Skills Minimum +3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial software. • Strong command of CRM tools and sales automation platforms. • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.(C1+) • Experience working with sales cycles +3 months (Complete sales cycle) • Oriented profile in hunting and farming • Availability to travel • Passport and visa
