Description

• Act as a thought partner with the CEO and leadership team on driving better company performance • Partner effectively with other orgs on finance and strategy • Own/run the planning process and use data analysis to inform business strategy • Own and optimize the finance function across existing entities • Ensure correct financial governance, control, and legal processes are in place • Capture, analyze, and deliver financial data and insights • Interface, build relationships, and collaborate with investors, analysts, and the Board • Educate and clearly communicate the story of Qualio to external stakeholders • Conduct financial analysis and track performance metrics • Recruit, build and lead a highly effective financial team • Provide critical financial and operational information • Drive financial insight and rigor around high-growth SaaS revenue recognition • Optimize ERP/accounting systems, budgeting and planning systems, and business intelligence tools • Ensure accurate reporting and forward-looking perspectives • Spearhead capital allocation and resource management related activities with executives

Requirements

• Proven VP Finance with experience building a strong finance capability • Comfortable going from '0-1' • Strong operational finance grounding • Exposure to modern-day venture capital fundraising • Experience working in a Series B company and leading additional funding and growth • Experience within a B2B SaaS company • Experience working with a Founder/CEO • Track record of scaling a company with increasing responsibilities • Experience managing legal and customer contracts scalability • Capacity and desire to take on broader roles over time • Preferred: Experience leading Data&Analytics, Legal teams • Preferred: Public markets and/or IPO experience
