📋 Description

• Serve as the technical reference for the AI and Data projects you support • Develop and implement Machine Learning, deep learning, and other AI algorithms and solutions • Prototype and test AI models to address specific business challenges • Analyze logs and usage metrics for AI models to identify failures, unexpected behavior, or opportunities to improve the user experience • Participate in research into new AI methods and technologies • Conduct functional testing after updates or deployments to ensure that interactions and workflows are working correctly • Document AI project processes, methodologies, and results in a clear and accessible manner • Participate in designing business process solutions that leverage AI

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with ML projects and supervised and unsupervised learning models • Proven experience with AI projects involving the development of knowledge bases for RAG applications • Experience implementing automated processes with AI • Experience developing AI solutions and deploying algorithms to production • Experience with AI agents and Agentic AI • Experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen • Knowledge of MLOps architectures, CI/CD for models, and versioning and monitoring with MLflow • Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure), with a focus on AI products such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Azure AI Foundry • Proven experience with Deep Learning projects and Artificial Neural Networks • Knowledge of Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex • Preferred: certifications in AI, AWS, Azure, or Databricks • Preferred: experience with enterprise-scale and multimodal AI projects • Preferred: knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDDs) for AI projects • Preferred: knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI
