📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring value delivery in line with expectations • Conduct, preferably, monthly in-person visits for each client • Monitor client NPS and drive improvement initiatives • Maintain a backlog with quarterly planning for product and project evolution initiatives, encouraging upselling and cross-selling • Develop the project/product roadmap • Assign Product Owners (POs) to new projects/products • Manage project resource allocation and budgets • Ensure that action plans across teams are executed within projects • Manage timesheets, time banks, and overtime, planning compensatory time off • Guide, listen to, and advise the people involved • Lead, engage, and motivate the team • Conduct and follow up on feedback sessions and support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) • Support the team in resolving issues in collaboration with technical teams • Ensure that departmental processes are applied within projects • Support the Sales team in shaping new projects/products • Work with Architecture and Design teams to align on and conduct discovery for new projects/products • Support financial decisions and monitor the ROI of projects/products within the program

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience • Solid experience across the product lifecycle • Experience leading Product Discovery initiatives • Certifications in project, program, product, and agile management • Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks • Experience in e-commerce • Technical knowledge of software development is a plus • Advanced or fluent English and Spanish are a plus
