Description

• Account and reconcile cryptocurrency transactions, wallets, exchanges, and De-Fi protocols for financial and tax reporting • Verify digital asset balances to blockchain data and/or centralized exchange statements • Perform monthly crypto close tasks in Bitwave (accounting sub-ledger software) • Prepare crypto journal entries and digestible reconciliation schedules monthly • Evaluate workflow processes and procedures to develop, recommend, and implement procedural and system changes to increase accuracy and efficiency • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting • Provide support for other ad hoc analyses and projects as needed • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education • 3-5 years accounting/relevant work experience • Understanding of crypto technology and accounting principles • Able to produce work independently and also work in a collaborative environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure
