• Support Engineer II role • Provide resolutions to customers quickly • Debug core issues using custom software and off-the-shelf tooling • Work on customer support in a technical capacity • Handle customer issues, task progress, and design solutions daily • Advanced scripting in languages like Python, GoLang, Ruby, Bash • Knowledge of internet core protocols and Ethereum JSON RPC spec • Experience in infrastructure as code and managing Linux hosts • Expertise in proactive alerting and monitoring systems and technical customer support • Capable of preemptively solving complex problems and documenting processes • Experience with Blockchain/Web3 is a bonus

Requirements

• Advanced scripting in Python, GoLang, Ruby, Bash • Internet core protocol knowledge • Experience with Ethereum JSON RPC spec • Experience in maintaining infrastructure as code • Expertise in managing Linux hosts • Experience with proactive alerting and monitoring systems technologies • Dealing with technical customer support • Thorough debugging and issue documentation • Preemptively solving complex problems • Documenting processes and sharing knowledge
