• Collaborate with content marketing team to drive market expansion • Execute programmatic motions • Create content and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and boost conversion rates • Interact with Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market Leadership teams • Identify growth opportunities and execute initiatives for customer expansion and retention • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives • Collaborate with sales for sales enablement and targeted campaigns • Utilize marketing tools for lead nurturing and campaign tracking • Create positive customer experiences and drive account growth • Measure and report on key performance indicators related to customer growth • Understand, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns • Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy • Identify target segments and tailor marketing efforts effectively • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, engineering, and design

• Proactive way of working • Strong communicator and storyteller • Strong organizational & time management skills • Desire to work in a team environment • Creative and innovative thinker • Self-sufficient, self-starter • Strong understanding of customer growth strategies and B2B marketing principles • Collaborative experience with sales teams • Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly productive team • 5-10 years of experience working in marketing, sales, or campaign execution roles • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • Proven leadership skills • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions • Experience in Microsoft professional services and/or B2B technology is a plus • Knowledge of Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns is a plus • Familiarity with Dynamics CRM, Zoominfo, and/or 6Sense intelligent platform is a plus • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus • Familiarity with email/marketing automation technologies (Marketo, Dynamics, ClickDimensions, or similar) is a plus • Previous marketing experience with a Microsoft Systems Integrator is a plus
