• Prototype and rapidly iterate on new features and applications using Python, SQL, Databricks, DBT, and AWS tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI technologies that support and enhance decision-making processes in clinical environments • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines that support the analytics and AI-driven features of our products • Engage in the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring robust and sustainable AI solutions • Advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within the team, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation • Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data • Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming • Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations • Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality • Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Database Developer, or similar role • Expertise in Python, SQL, and familiarity with AWS tools, Databricks, and DBT • Strong understanding of database structure systems and data mining • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities • Outstanding problem solver
