⢠Conducting order appointments including preparation and follow-up ⢠Active selling of the pre-order collections for our brands "RABE" and "LeComte" ⢠Ongoing analysis of KPIs and optimization of POS partners' performance, initiating appropriate measures ⢠Advising and supporting partners at the point of sale (POS) ⢠Merchandising at the POS in line with the brand philosophy ⢠Comprehensive merchandise management ⢠Approval and inspection of shop set-ups ⢠New customer acquisition ⢠Independent planning and delivery of product training at the POS
⢠Completed commercial training or a degree with several years of sales experience in a comparable position ⢠Strong passion for active selling and experience in the women's ready-to-wear (DOB) product segment ⢠High degree of responsibility as well as strong organizational and communication skills ⢠Independent, goal-oriented working style and a high level of commitment
