📋 Description

• Handle the formalization and monitoring of Rural Formalization operations (2770, BNDES and Funcafé) • Monitor area routines to meet established objectives • Be capable of guiding peer analysts in their activities, providing necessary support • Address and respond to queries from internal stakeholders • Responsible for understanding and disseminating Regulatory Standards and internal Instructions/Procedures/Rbb related to Rural Formalization tasks to the team and internal stakeholders • Properly formalize collateral instruments and contracts for the various products in the Rural segment • Provide support to the team on formalizations for the Rural segment’s various products • Pursue compliance with agreed SLAs • Monitor internal policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation • Support internal and external audits as required • Ensure that Sign Offs for Rural operations are completed on D-0 • Detect needs for updating Manuals and any changes in the operational workflow • Assist and contribute to the Coordinator’s activities • Perform system parameterizations as required by the business/areas • Provide support to branches on questions related to Formalization activities • Report and act on any Operational Incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or Agronomic Engineering • Knowledge of collateral analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word • Knowledge of the MCR (Rural Credit Manual of the Central Bank of Brazil) • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both written and verbal • Ability to interpret and understand laws, regulations, and policies • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking operational activities related to the operational area is required • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders, branches, and related areas • Advanced knowledge of documents related to corporate documentation is required • Advanced English is mandatory
