• Analyze revenue streams, identify trends, and provide insightful financial analysis to support revenue forecasting and planning • Monitor revenue-related contracts, agreements, and customer terms to ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance • Liaise with billing team and analyze billing data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize revenue collection and minimize billing errors • Conduct revenue variance analysis, identify key drivers, and communicate findings to senior management • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of revenue and billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements • Prepare and present revenue reports, financial statements, and other performance metrics to stakeholders • Prepare and present billing reports and financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders • Develop and implement effective billing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and minimize revenue leakage • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide financial expertise and guidance to support business decisions • Stay updated on accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices related to revenue recognition • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, as needed • Prepares profitability analyses. Works with Directors and VP's through the development process • Provide guidance to business and CFO organizations with regards to the best customer level infrastructure margin analysis • Excellent understanding of financial statements, including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics • Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
• Bachelor’s degree • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans
