📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, identify target markets, and assess competitive landscapes. • Develop and execute strategic action plans to target and win the right opportunities. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. • Ensure superb handoff of accounts to account managers through planning, sharing, and executing together. • Work with leadership and program managers on complex opportunities. • Seek out and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to enhance market reach and product offerings. • Target focus customer expansion accounts. • Work with Account Executive (AE) to decide if BDM support is needed for existing accounts. • Traveling one week on, one week off, to meet clients, build relationships, and spot growth opportunities. • Submit a meeting report after each client visit to the global sales team. • Work and collaborate with SPs and BDMs from other regions if required.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven track record in international business development and/or sales, within the technology industry. • Strong understanding of technology products and services. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. • Strong negotiation skills. • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. • Proven ability to manage and motivate oneself. • 3-5+ years’ international business development and/or sales, within electronic components, computer hardware, ITAD, or electronic distribution industries (preferred) • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • Ability to travel for customer meetings as needed.
