âą Develop and implement learning journeys to strengthen leadership and employee competencies; âą Prepare a leadership pipeline for succession processes and movements across multiple geographies; âą Develop and implement programs that reinforce our culture, ensuring progression toward a continuous-learning mindset; âą Propose the structure of learning paths; âą Propose and implement Organizational Development programs in innovative ways; âą Build learning projects to address business needs; âą Translate organizational strategies into corporate programs that ensure the upskilling of Randoncorp professionals; âą Develop, implement and sustain programs such as Trainee programs, Internships and others; âą Work with business units to contribute to a learning culture; âą Understand the main business objectives and priorities in order to propose initiatives that leverage development strategies and deliver the best results.
âą Experience in Organizational Development and Learning projects; âą Design and management of learning journeys and learning paths; âą Experience with LXP (Learning Experience Platform), including content curation, user engagement and learning data analysis; âą Design of learner-centered learning experiences, integrating multiple formats and methodologies; âą Postgraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields; âą Intermediate English; âą Knowledge of the 6Ds methodology; âą Knowledge of Employee Experience.
