Description

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets (i.e., Lead Generation, ARR, TCV) • Manage customer relationships in a respectful, supportive and consultive manner • Clearly communicate RapidDeploy’s value and mission • Act as a steward of the company in a professional manner at trade shows, social interactions, meetings and other industry events • Positive collaboration and communication with all team members across the RapidDeploy organization

Requirements

• 3 years + selling SaaS Software • Experience selling to State Agencies and/or County Agencies • Preferred experience or knowledge in emergency services or public safety • Track record in managing the full sales life cycle from pre-sales to implementation ensuring a positive customer experience • Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast-paced and fast-growing company • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Enthusiastic attitude with a focus of delivering results • Experience using a sales tracking tool/CRM • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and successfully managing multiple sales opportunities • Solid understanding technology: cloud computing, enterprise software, and data analytics • Passionate and articulate with excellent personal and phone presence • Enthusiastic attitude with a personal focus on delivering to sales targets and company goals
