Description

• Lead the positioning of Rasa's products in the market of Generative Conversational AI amongst Global 2000 Enterprises across Financial Services, Telecom, Insurance, and similar customer-centric industries. • Be a master storyteller and work closely with product, customer success, and sales to increase awareness, understanding, and business value proposition of Rasa's products. • Own the marketing narrative and positioning for one or more of Rasa's products and solutions. • Contribute to the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy including buyer personas, customer journeys, and effective GTM strategies. • Plan and execute product launches of new or existing products. • Create sales collateral such as playbooks, presentation decks, videos, case studies, or battle cards to increase the adoption and usage of Rasa in the enterprise. • Conduct customer and market research and differentiation analysis to support pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product or solutions marketing role at a B2B software company and ideally have been part of a growth stage startup. • Good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent writing and presentation skills and are a natural speaker. • Experience with industry research, market segmentation analysis, and differentiation analysis. • Planned and executed multiple successful complex product launches. • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment. • Experience marketing for both enterprise and developer audiences. • MBA or BS in economics, computer science, or related STEM field.
