• Continuous monitoring of commercial and technical metrics for technology partners and their clients. • Conduct detailed analysis of metrics, creating summary tables and charts, and formulating conclusive insights for areas requiring improvement. • Report identified issues to other teams (product, API support, pricing, etc.), ensuring timely resolution. • Collaborate with the commercial team to establish processes and provide strategic recommendations for improving the performance of top clients. • Develop new dashboards and refine existing ones, incorporating a comprehensive range of commercial and technical metrics to facilitate more informed decision-making.
• 3+ years in a business analysis or analytical role. Experience working with the travel industry is a plus. • Familiarity with API functionality and integration. • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Advanced Excel. Proven experience with technical and business metrics analysis, such as Profana and Tableau, creating and refining metrics-driven dashboards, and other data analysis tools. • Capable of working with databases and good with numbers, as well as optimization skills. • Ambitious, team player, eager to learn, proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. • Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence. • Work independently with a high level of accountability. • Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges. • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. • Advanced English; Spanish and other additional languages are advantageous. • LATAM, but preferably Colombia, Argentina or Brazil.
