• Strengthen Ultrapolymers’ market position in South Poland by managing strategic accounts • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering innovative technical plastics solutions • Build and maintain long-term partnerships to create mutual value and foster loyalty • Implement commercial strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives • Identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, support customers with technical expertise
• University degree (preferably technical or chemical fields) • Several years of experience in technical plastics sales • Fluent in English (daily communication with suppliers and headquarters) • Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented, proactive • Willingness to travel, valid driving license (category B)
