📋 Description

• Independently champion a portfolio of complex employee relations cases from inception to resolution • Manage dismissals, appeals, and tribunal preparation • Guide leaders through organisational design, restructures, and redundancy processes • Virtually represent the company in confidential grievances, disciplinaries, and collective consultations • Update policies in line with changing UK&I legislation • Build team capability through best-practice training • Collaborate with the wider HR team on strategic projects to improve service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record managing a highly complex, sensitive employee relations caseload within a dedicated advisory or specialist environment • In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of UK&I employment legislation • Practical experience navigating change programmes, organisational restructures, trade union consultations, and employment tribunal preparation • CIPD qualification • Pragmatic problem-solving and commercial, solution-oriented mindset • Stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships and challenge leaders at all levels • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate complex legal advice clearly • Strong collaborative judgment and ability to know when to escalate
