📋 Description

• Conduct consultative meetings with qualified high-net-worth leads • Apply the SPIN Selling methodology strategically • Diagnose clients' financial situation, objectives, and risks • Build personalized proposals based on data-driven analyses • Manage the pipeline with predictability and discipline • Execute structured follow-ups through to closing • Maintain the CRM accurately and up to date • Consistently exceed monthly targets

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in consultative sales • Practical mastery of the SPIN Selling methodology • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Experience with high-ticket sales or complex negotiations • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD or similar) • Clear communication, executive presence, and confidence in negotiation • Knowledge of or prior experience in the financial market • Experience working with investors, business owners, or executives • Genuine interest in deepening knowledge of finance and investments
