📋 Description

• Engage with customers and identify tailored solutions • Collect structured customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement • Manage and encourage online reviews • Handle and oversee customer issues via phone, email and chat • Build a first-class customer journey from the point of order • Ensure customers have an optimal experience with Reboots and Venen Engel • Represent the Reboots and Venen Engel brands externally

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent German and English skills • Spanish skills advantageous and/or French skills desirable • Initial experience in support • Confident customer interaction • Enthusiasm for customer contact and sales via phone and new media • Experience with CRM systems • Proficiency with Google Suite • Flexibility and resilience in ambiguous situations • Confident computer skills • Willingness to learn new tools • Independent working style with self-discipline and goal-oriented approach • Openness to change • Reliability, loyalty and motivation • Team-player qualities • Willingness to independently take on new tasks
