• Support customers in resolving issues via email, live chat, and occasional phone calls • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical individuals • Assist with on-boarding new customers • Contribute to documentation development and best practices • Utilize ticketing technology platforms effectively • Work remotely and make an impact at a boot-strapped start-up • Provide excellent customer service and fluency in English

Requirements

• Proficiency with ticketing technology platforms • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills • Ability to work remotely and flexible shifts • 2+ years of experience in technical customer support at a SaaS company or similar • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript • Desire to go above and beyond for customers
