📋 Description
• Process incoming financial documents daily to maintain accurate accounting records for assigned clients • Oversee client Xero accounts and ensure recorded information is accurate and complete • Prepare and submit monthly Payroll, bi-monthly VAT, and annual CIPC returns using e-Filing where appropriate • Prepare and finalise monthly financial reports for client review • Communicate daily with internal team members • Provide weekly client updates • Liaise as needed with external institutions, including SARS and banking partners • Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of client financial records and regulatory submissions
🎯 Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience in bookkeeping or accounting functions within a professional environment • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end Payroll, VAT, and Tax functions, including e-Filing submissions • Ability to manage daily client processing and communications independently in a fully remote setup • An Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification is desirable • Xero proficiency • e-Filing / SARS e-Filing proficiency
