📋 Description

• Own active case management across property transactions, refinances, and portfolio administrative updates • Chase conveyancers, solicitors, lenders, and brokers to move deals between milestones • Identify stalling cases early and flag delays to internal leadership • Liaise with UK solicitors, brokers, and external partners to request, verify, and gather documentation • Maintain correct naming and storage of property documentation and photos • Track upcoming financial milestones on existing portfolio properties • Set up utility accounts, local authority council tax, and building insurance after completion • Coordinate active communication channels for managed properties • Track property development projects and provide proactive operational updates to company directors • Maintain current records across CRM, shared drives, and project trackers • Deliver weekly case update reports to company leadership • Report directly to senior operational management and work alongside team leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-volume administration, case management, project coordination, or senior operations role • Experience supporting UK or international clients remotely is highly advantageous • Comfortable managing high-volume data in CRM platforms, project management systems, Google Workspace, and live tracking sheets • Must be tech-agile • Flawless written and spoken English • Quiet, professional home office environment free from background noise • Reliable high-speed fibre internet • Robust backup power (Inverter/UPS) and secondary connectivity to combat load-shedding • Modern laptop/PC, high-quality headset, and clear webcam • Decisive, structured, rigorous, and detail-focused approach • Ability to use CRMs, task management platforms, and live trackers as primary working tools • Ability to communicate confidently by phone or call and document conversations in writing • Ability to escalate financial terms, commitments, and contract signatures to senior leadership • No prior UK property law knowledge required; full training provided
