📋 Description
• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat. • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions. • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services. • Promote upgrades and additional solutions whenever appropriate. • Handle account, billing and service-related enquiries. • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary. • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent Italian and English (minimum C2). • Previous sales experience is mandatory. • Experience in Technical Support or a Contact Centre is an advantage. • Strong communication, sales and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable using digital tools and technology. • Customer-oriented, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
