• Liderar implementações e otimizações do módulo Recruiting Management (RCM). • Utilizar o ambiente Provisioning para configurações globais, ativação de módulos e gestão de templates XML sensíveis. • Configurar Employee Central (EC) para suportar o processo de contratação e onboarding. • Desenhar e configurar integrações complexas (via APIs, CPI e templates XML) entre RCM, EC e sistemas externos (Job Boards, Avaliações, etc.). • Atuar como referência na governança de dados e permissões (RBP) relacionadas ao ciclo de recrutamento.
• Experiência Sólida (Mínimo de 4 a 6 anos): Atuação comprovada como Consultor Sênior em SAP com foco no módulo RCM. • Domínio de SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM): Configuração de Job Requisitions (templates XML/MDF), Gestão de Recruiting Pipeline e Job Posting, Configuração de Offer Approval e Offer Letter, e Role- Based Permissions (RBP) específicas para o RCM. • Conhecimento Obrigatório de Provisioning: Experiência em ativar e desativar funcionalidades (switches). • Conhecimento avançado em uploads de templates XML e gestão de backend de módulos. • Habilidade para agendar e monitorar jobs e integrações no Provisioning. • Integração RCM & EC: Experiência em configurar o processo de contratação (Recruiting-to-Hire) e a correta replicação de dados para o Employee Central. • Habilidades Adicionais Experiência com o módulo Onboarding (ONB) é um diferencial crucial. Proficiência em ferramentas de integração (SAP CPI) e na leitura/uso de APIs. Capacidade de realizar troubleshooting avançado, usando logs do sistema (via Provisioning). Forte visão de Recruitment Marketing e processos de Talent Acquisition.
• Certificação Oficial SAP SuccessFactors em Recruiting Management (RCM) • Credencial de Acesso ao Provisioning SAP SuccessFactors (Obrigatório) • Certificação Adicional em Employee Central (EC) é um diferencial.
