• Work with a team of professionals and specialists, taking on leads to negotiate deals whilst hunting the market to grow our customer base and generate new opportunities • Confident working with a range of information sources; researching companies, reviewing applications, and approaching potential clients and candidates to find the right match • Effectively tell the client story and provide the talent sourced with a clear brief of the role • Constantly manage relationships on both sides, as well as any issues that arise from initial vacancy through to onboarding • Help finalize salaries, benefits packages and starting arrangements.
• Experience working in a sales (B2B), customer service or Account Management role (recruitment experience is not required) • Proven and demonstrable ability of building successful relationships and developing new business • Excellent team-working skills • Experience of exceeding personal and/ or team targets • A high-level of resilience, self-awareness and tenacity • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal • Degree educated (2:2 or above)
