📋 Description

• Partner with business teams to identify high-value AI use cases across company functions • Translate business needs into clear solution ideas • Design and build AI-powered solutions using large language models, AI assistants, APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents and workflow automation • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to connect AI solutions to trusted enterprise data • Enable scalable use through Azure Databricks capabilities • Rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate business value, technical feasibility and user experience • Support change management and user adoption • Help stakeholders understand, test and successfully use new AI-enabled workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related technical field • Hands-on experience in Generative AI solution design, prompt engineering and LLM application development • Confidence working with Python, AI agents and workflow automation tools • Experience with modern data platforms such as Azure Databricks • Ability to turn complex business processes into practical AI solutions • Comfortable facilitating conversations with different stakeholders • Fluency in English • German language skills are a plus but not mandatory
