• In this role, you will work with our core Ads Delivery team and solve foundational problems relating to ad selection, matching, and ranking. Reddit operates an in house ad stack built from the ground up by our teams. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Data Sciences, and Sales team to identify opportunities, and build cutting edge ML tech that improves performance of our ad systems. • Dynamic Product Ads (Shopping Ads) is a strategic area of investment for us, and this role will play a pivotal role in building out this line of business. You will build out key capabilities required for our online retail advertisers, and bring innovative solutions to market. • As a member of a growing product team, you will have significant ownership and responsibility in shaping Reddit’s overall monetization strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with at least two years of experience shipping impactful B2B or B2C products. • Experience with areas such as ads and content personalization, auctions, ranking, search, shopping and retail media networks, content understanding, information retrieval etc. • Experience working on ML Based AdTech product • Experience managing full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, navigating trade-offs, and pre/post-launch execution. • Track record of driving measurable business results • Engineering or Sciences degree. Excellent analytical sense and experience driving products & business decisions that involve data analysis and experimentation. • Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills.
