📋 Description

• Assess, design, and implement Red Hat core offerings, including OpenShift Container Platform, Ansible Automation Platform, RHEL, ODF, and Kubernetes-based technologies • Implement automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions • Address infrastructure concerns including networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, high availability, and system resilience • Learn and apply container orchestration, container registries, container build strategies, cloud storage, and software-defined networks • Serve as an on-site subject matter expert for technical, developmental, and strategic IT needs • Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions • Respond professionally to incidents, escalations, and exceptions • Deliver quality results on time and within project scope, including project journals, status reports, and other standard documentation • Participate in sales and proposal presentations and ongoing team account activities • Establish working relationships with customers and explain the benefits of Red Hat cloud solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree in computer science, engineering or MBA • 3+ years of experience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or a derivative • 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes, AKS, GKS, EKS, Docker, Podman, or other container and PaaS technologies • 2+ years of scripting or programming experience • Knowledge of system management, including installation, custom channels, deploying virtualized systems, basic client-based security, repositories, and creating core builds • Excellent technical abilities and solid communication and customer-facing skills • Ability to learn new technology quickly • Adaptability to changing customer requirements • Agile and DevOps mindsets desired; willingness to study and learn Agile practices • Red Hat certifications considered a plus • Fluency in Spanish considered a plus
