Description

• Conduct market research to identify potential partners • Build a database of prospects that match criteria • Initiate and develop relationships with key figures in the startup ecosystem • Lead negotiation process and finalize partnership agreements with legal teams • Actively participate in industry events to uncover new partnership opportunities • Define and monitor KPIs for partnerships, reporting progress to management • Ensure alignment between company's technology needs and potential partners' capabilities

Requirements

• At least 5 years in business development, partnerships, or related roles in tech or startup sectors • Extensive network within startup and technology ecosystem, particularly in Western Europe, Scandinavia, and the US • Strong negotiation and communication abilities • Understanding of technical concepts and proactive thinking • Ability to align technical requirements with partners' capabilities • Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented approach to partnership building • Good understanding of the Tech for Equity model and its applications in business development
