• Proven experience as an Account Executive or New Business Sales Rep in SaaS • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota • Strong outbound prospecting experience (this is not inbound-led) • Experience managing full sales cycles • Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts • Experience selling ATS, HR tech, or recruitment software • Experience selling into HR / Talent / People teams • Familiarity with the US mid-market or enterprise landscape
