📋 Description

• Responsible for the management of a regional Field Medical team including field visits and 1:1 meetings • Recruitment, coaching, training, and development of direct reports • Monitor compliant execution of initiatives and track team field activity level • Ensure each field medical member’s territory plan is strategic and actionable • Manage the team through special projects and cross-functional support activities • Develop strategies for maintaining lists of Neurology experts/investigator targets

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced medical degree required (e.g., MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, DVM) • 10+ years’ work experience in Medical Affairs • Previous experience as an MSL and leading a team of MSLs is required • 5+ years Neurology pharmaceutical work experience preferred; in myasthenia gravis (MG) is helpful • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Veeva
