Description

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support • Report on Financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis , identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements • Provide support in debt management, bank requirements, covenant reporting, etc. • Perform financial forecasting , reporting (income statement, cash flows, balance sheet) and operational metrics tracking • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecast s • Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models • This description indicates, in general terms, the type and level of work performed and responsibilities held by the team member(s). Requirements

• 2 -3+ years of working experience as a Finance Analyst • Must have experience preparing Bank Mortgage Reports • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills • BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field • Strong analytical and data gathering skills • Financial Institution experience is a plus • Good business acumen • Real Estate Development/ Property Management experience • Bilingual / fluent in English and Spanish a plus
