Description

• Regrello is seeking highly motivated and talented recent-grad Machine Learning Scientists to help us build generative models to solve international supply chain problems in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. • As a Machine Learning Scientist, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, in-house supply-chain experts, and customers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that revolutionize how global supply chains in manufacturing and supply chain industry are organized and operated. • We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in NLP, generative models, deep learning models, planning, and related areas. • Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in developing innovative solutions that address the complex challenges faced in the manufacturing and supply chain domain. • By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of manufacturing practices on a global scale. • Your work will involve leveraging AI techniques, including NLP and generative models, to drive optimization, efficiency, and automation in manufacturing and supply chain operations. • You will be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge solutions that have a direct impact on how organizations optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science with research in AI, with a GPA of 3.5+ • 0 to three (3) years of experience in AI and machine learning techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and LLMs. • Experience with 1 or more of these AI/ML technologies: TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Spark MLlib, Mlflow, Kubeflow • Demonstrated ability not only to use state-of-the-art AI techniques but also to innovate upon them. • Strong background in CS and software development with real-world deployment of models and data engineering. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
