🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 4+ years working as a remote team member if position is to be held remotely • Proven track record of strong sourcing fundamentals, candidate management, and offer closing • Experience “In-house” hiring top technical talent in fast paced, high growth, startup environments • Experience hiring across a variety of roles with a passion for exploring new technologies • Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams • Mentor to hiring managers, employees, and candidates • Experience working in aerospace or the autonomous vehicle industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail
