Description

• Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration • Write and maintain a full unit test suite • Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices • Write performant, scalable and testable code with the help of modern tools • Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture • Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions • Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results • Participate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers • Fluent English (B1+) with both written and spoken skills used for clear and active communication with native speakers • Fluent Russian (native or C2) is required for active daily communication with native speakers • Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics (or comparable) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Comfort operating in a sometimes ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles • Track record of managing feature requests with realistic timelines • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Experience working within Agile teams • Comfortable writing supporting documentation
