• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers • Oversee and ensure timely and quality delivery of the technical aspects of the development process • Collaborate with product owner, design, and other stakeholders to define project priorities, timelines, and deliverables • Drive strategic planning and execution of engineering projects • Foster an agile and collaborative work environment • Implement and refine engineering processes, tools, and metrics • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and provide technical guidance • Manage resource allocation and project budgeting • Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and innovations • Manage the performance of the team of engineers
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Product Owner • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies • Excellent leadership skills • Experience with agile development methodologies • Strong project management skills • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of software development best practices
