📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads • Qualify prospects with a short set of questions • Book appointments into the sales team's calendars • Send confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows • Log every call and outcome in the CRM • Own the sales team's diary and book qualified appointments by phone • Join the client's existing team from day one • Report to a named manager in the UK • Attend regular check-ins over video call and work toward clear daily targets

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months in outbound calling, appointment setting or telesales • Comfort making a high volume of calls each day • Experience with a CRM or dialler • Clear, confident spoken English • Reliable home internet and a headset • UK B2B or B2C calling experience (nice to have) • Familiarity with Calendly or similar booking tools (nice to have) • Ability to work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
