📋 Description

• Respond to customer queries via live chat, email and phone • Log and track cases accurately in the CRM • Resolve complaints calmly and escalate where needed • Follow up to confirm issues are fully resolved • Spot recurring issues and flag them to the team • Work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Complete the hiring process, including a short recorded video interview if shortlisted • Introduce successful candidates to the UK employer

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing or support role • Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software • Clear, friendly written and spoken English • Reliable home internet • Quiet workspace for UK-hours work • Patience under pressure • Problem-solving mindset • Experience in a UK-facing support role (nice to have) • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar tools (nice to have) • Exposure to live chat support (nice to have)
