📋 Description
• Respond to customer queries by email, live chat and phone in a warm, clear way • Troubleshoot problems and follow them through to a proper resolution • Keep accurate notes and update records in the CRM • Flag recurring issues and share ideas to improve the customer experience • Work closely with other teams to get customers the answers they need
🎯 Requirements
