📋 Description

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and other written channels — professionally and promptly — in German • Resolving issues, complaints, and questions with empathy and efficiency • Ensuring every customer interaction reflects the company's standards and brand voice • Identifying recurring issues and flagging them to the broader team • Keeping records accurate and up to date • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German speaker — this is a hard requirement; all customer communication is in German • Proven customer service experience — you've done this before and you're good at it • Excellent written German — clear, professional, and warm; this will be assessed during the interview process • Reliable and consistent — you show up, follow through, and take ownership of your responsibilities • Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism • Comfortable working remotely and independently within a structured team environment • Available to work CET business hours (Mon–Fri)
