📋 Description
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews. • Keep our applicant tracking system up to date. • Screen CVs and reach out to potential candidates. • Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate records.
🎯 Requirements
• Some recruitment, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred but not essential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good organisation and attention to detail. • Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems. • A proactive and people-focused attitude. • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup. • Must be based in South Africa.
