📋 Description

• Book collections and deliveries with UK and international carriers • Track shipments and proactively update customers on delays • Prepare shipping documentation, including customs paperwork where needed • Resolve delivery exceptions, damages, and lost consignments with carriers • Maintain accurate records in the transport management system • Report weekly on delivery performance and carrier costs • Clear overnight carrier updates and resolve undelivered shipments • Handle new bookings, documentation, and customer updates • Work alongside a small UK operations team and communicate directly with carriers

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years in logistics, freight, supply chain, or shipping coordination • Familiarity with carrier portals and transport or warehouse management systems • Confident written and spoken English for carrier and customer contact • Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets • A reliable computer and stable fibre or LTE internet • Availability 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST) • Up-to-date CV
