📋 Description
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Sales Executives • Build and embed a structured outbound sales process • Set and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales targets • Run daily sales meetings and coaching sessions • Monitor KPIs and individual performance • Conduct regular 1:1 reviews • Implement incentives and performance improvement plans • Manage leads, opportunities, activities, pipelines, tasks, follow-ups and communications in Genie AI CRM • Deliver accurate forecasting and weekly pipeline reporting • Maintain dashboards for leadership visibility • Maximise AI automation and drive 100% CRM adoption • Design and optimise the outbound sales framework from prospecting through client onboarding and handover • Act as the key commercial contact for assigned clients • Run weekly client review meetings and report on performance, pipeline and activity • Identify growth and upsell opportunities • Present campaign results and insights • Resolve commercial issues and build long-term strategic relationships • Deliver new business revenue, gross profit, conversion, retention, productivity, forecasting, pipeline growth and customer satisfaction targets • Establish the sales process, implement CRM, introduce KPI reporting, build playbooks and call frameworks, and improve lead generation and conversion
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B sales management experience • Proven success managing outbound sales teams • Strong leadership and coaching capability • CRM experience, including pipeline and forecasting management • Strong commercial awareness • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong organisational and analytical ability • High attention to detail • UK travel required • Desirable: logistics, transport or fulfilment sector experience • Desirable: 3PL or home delivery knowledge • Desirable: experience with AI-enabled CRM systems • Desirable: background in outsourced sales or consultancy • Desirable: commercial account management experience
