• Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve processes. • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. • Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and objectives. • Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• 3-5 years' experience in operations or a related field. • Fluency in Mandarin, both written and verbal. • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. • Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • High attention to detail and a proactive approach. • Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment. • Previous office administration or coordination experience preferred.
• Salary: R25 000 to R35 000 per month. • Fully remote role with flexible working hours. • Supportive team culture, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the freedom to work from anywhere in South Africa.
