📋 Description

• Ensure every client receives a seamless, world-class experience • Optimize internal workflows and track account deliverables • Leverage non-code AI tools and automations to keep operations running smoothly • Act as the backbone of client delivery operations • Proactively solve problems and identify smarter ways to work using AI • Support operations for a community management and marketing firm handling digital engagement, Reddit strategy, and reputation management

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or operations within a marketing or creative agency setting • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a proactive approach to solving problems before clients notice them • Ability to effectively leverage AI, no-code frameworks, and prompt logic to optimize everyday operations • Hands-on experience with project management and workspace tools like Notion, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms • Fluent, clear, and professional written/spoken English for daily collaboration with US teams and clients • Active Reddit user with a deep understanding of Reddit culture and platform dynamics • Ability to work remote US Eastern hours with at least 6 hours of overlap
