📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle Product recruiting, partnering with our VP of Product to define, source, and close exceptional Product talent across multiple pipelines. • Drive searches secondary focus areas — including Data Science, Platform, Frontend, UX, and Brand Design roles. • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to scope roles, define success criteria, and align on hiring bar and process. • Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Render’s values of empathy, clarity, and respect. • Iterate on recruiting processes, interview rubrics, and documentation that scale as Render grows. • Build diverse pipelines and partner on inclusion strategies across Product, Engineering, and Design. • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Operations, and Brand to strengthen Render’s hiring identity and employer brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies. • Deep experience in Product recruiting with proven success at companies shipping heavily technical products. • Strong secondary experience in technical recruiting (Engineering, Data Science, UX, Product Design, etc.). • Ability to context switch between Product, Design, and Engineering while maintaining quality and focus. • Skilled at managing complex searches, influencing hiring decisions, and building consensus across teams. • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a candidate-first mindset. • Empathetic, proactive partner to hiring managers; equally comfortable advising, coaching, and listening.
