Description

• Based in UK/Europe working across clients in Southeast Asia for 6 monthly phases • Consulting activities in support of assigned project • Guide and direct taskforce • Manage work stream and MAT through focus process • Work closely with clients at management and director level in a hands-on approach • Design, develop, and implement opportunities in change management program • Drive Operations Improvement, Cost Reduction & Change Management Programs • Develop KPIs for various management levels • Restructure resource utilization for operations improvement • Fly between cities for client engagements

Requirements

• Industry experience within Operations, Supply Chain, Sales Transformation, or an Analytical role • Good understanding of business • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills • Previous experience in Sales transformation, Operational excellence, productivity improvement, etc. • Familiarity with Lean and TPS toolkits • Relevant university background • Excellent IT skills including advanced MS Office usage • Desire to travel and work under pressure
