⢠Drive sales opportunities direct at the customer to meet or exceed sales targets ⢠Develop and execute a territory sales plan in close collaboration with the Director, Sales Central Europe ⢠Drive opportunity funnel development & maintain rigor using a market leading CRM ⢠Sell & negotiate with technical and procurement departments ⢠Develop and maintain existing and new target accounts across the territory in conjunction with the wider commercial organisation ⢠Selling across the entire product portfolio, develop and support customers as they move through the clinical pipeline from lab to commercial scale operations ⢠Provide Manufacturing and Quality operations with information to support forecasting, customer complaint handling and facility audits ⢠Execute all aspects of field sales activity and customer engagement to include: frequent customer site visits; technical presentations; innovation days; quotes preparation & follow up ⢠Attend, manage, and follow-up on all marcom & trade show activities inc. timely lead management
⢠A minimum of a BSc degree + in a scientific discipline ⢠A minimum of 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or life science industries ⢠A strong understanding of Cell Culture, Chromatography and Filtration ⢠Proven successful sales track record and key account management experience ⢠Demonstrable Prospecting & Qualification skills ⢠Strong analytical and forecasting skills ⢠Professional Sales & Negotiation trainings ⢠AI awareness & basic competence ⢠Willing to travel extensively throughout the territory (50%)
